If you have had a bad experience with a dog breeder or pet store in Pennsylvania, we would like to hear from you. We will put you in touch with other consumers who have claimed to have had similar experiences. The authorities who help consumers with legitimate problems are complaint driven agencies and the more complaints we compile, the greater the chance that something can be done. A single complaint may be dismissed, a hundred cannot be ignored. So please take time to fill out the following.
Thank you for sharing your experiences, we will process your complaint and contact you as soon as we can. Please review PA's Puppy Lemon Laws on this site (click here). We urge you to act quickly if you are eligible for a refund (for reasonable medical expenses up to the amount you paid for your dog) and remember, you DO NOT have to give your dog back to the breeder or pet store in order to receive a refund for his or her medical expenses (again, up to the amount you paid for your dog). The breeder or pet store may tell you that you must return or exchange your dog, they are wrong. Keep your puppy, or sign the dog over to a rescue organization, and still receive money back. Under the law, it is your choice.
